On July 27, 2022, a group of volunteers gathered at the Sno-Eagles groomer shed to assemble the skis for the Shotskis World Record Attempt event scheduled for August 20, 2022.
A very special thank you to all who attended the ski assembly. WOW, what an amazing turnout and huge accomplishment! We assembled approximately 464 skis, 2,470’ of skis, and over 1560 velcro patches for the next official world record “Shotski”
But most importantly, we are participating in a huge event for our community, supporting our business partners, and raising awareness of the Sno-Eagles and Eagle River.
